As a Platform Administrator Salesforce, you will play a key role in the administration, configuration, support and ongoing enhancement of the Department's Salesforce platform.
You will be responsible for maintaining platform health, managing users and security, troubleshooting issues, supporting releases and implementing configuration changes to meet evolving business requirements. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and vendors, you will help deliver scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that support business outcomes.

What you will bring to the role
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and role hierarchies.
Experience configuring Salesforce Lightning Platform components, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
