Occupational rehabilitation & management experience required
Join a vibrant team with a hybrid working model
Role can be base out of Newcastle & Maitland

About You

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager.
A commitment to being the best- we will provide you a phenomenal onboarding & the tools to excel
A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans - you love what you do
Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills

The role:

Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and “upskiller” – making our teams’ professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant
Your clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and execution
You can balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
