About the role

This position is a part-time, fixed term role in the Children's Services team until 21 April 2028, and is based from Council's Moruya Administration Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Children’s Services Coordinator and childcare staff with administrative functions related to communication, documentation, and compliance.

The starting salary for this position is $36.52 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.

About you

You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy environment. With strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, you deliver professional and efficient support to staff and stakeholders.

Confident using Microsoft Office, you work well independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Experience in records management, procurement, financial administration and/or children's services will be highly regarded.
