About the role

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you’ll partner with business leaders to shape our financial strategy. You'll deliver forecasts, build advanced financial models, and support the budgeting process, all while providing data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions.

As our FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Producing insightful financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision-making.
Assisting with business planning, target setting and KPI reporting.
Maintaining and improving central cost allocation models across the business.
Preparing executive presentations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
Partnering with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and reporting processes.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and turning complex financial information into meaningful business insights.

You'll also bring:

Previous experience in an FP&A Analyst or similar commercial finance role.
Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, Power Query, and the ability to automate and improve reporting processes.
Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools to develop insightful dashboards and reports (highly regarded).
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
Experience using ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded.
