Workday Adaptive Planning Delivery Lead | Finance Transformation | Syd/Melb
Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning delivery across workforce, revenue, expense, balance sheet and cash flow planning programs.
Tackle big issues like cyber, trust, resilience and digital transformation
Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation team in Australia in a flexible / hybrid role where you'll lead complex planning delivery work that helps finance leaders make better decisions, faster.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you'll lead design workshops with finance and HR stakeholders, from analysts through to executive sponsors, unpacking how planning happens today and turning that into a practical Workday Adaptive Planning design. You'll present solution options, explain trade-offs clearly, and build alignment where stakeholders have competing priorities.
Across each engagement, you'll own delivery from end to end - from design and configuration through to data loads, reporting, testing, UAT support, training and hypercare. The work can span workforce and headcount planning, driver-based expense and revenue models, and integrated balance sheet and cash flow planning, giving you real scope to shape how organisations plan.
Beyond project delivery, you'll help lift capability across the team by coaching junior practitioners in modelling technique and client craft. You'll also contribute to reusable assets and smarter delivery approaches, so each implementation starts from a stronger place than the last.
