The role and what we are looking for: This is a full-time, permanent People Coordinator role based at our Campbellfield office, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. You will be the operational backbone of HR administration at BildGroup, keeping our people processes accurate, timely and running to schedule across a workforce that spans civil infrastructure, urban development, sportsfields, bitumen and road maintenance.

The role is broad. You will touch every stage of the employee lifecycle, own the People inbox, keep our HRIS accurate and support the CPO directly with scheduling, reporting and team coordination.

What you will be doing:

Prepare and process employment documentation across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, change-of-conditions letters, probation reminders, onboarding packs and exit administration
Own and manage the People inbox and/or ticketing system, triaging requests, routing to the right team member and tracking resolution to completion
Support the administration of annual people processes including performance review cycles, engagement surveys and remuneration reviews, working closely with the People Systems Analyst
Maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS, including personnel files and working rights documentation, keeping the business audit-ready
Support the People team's SharePoint environment and policy review cycle, ensuring document libraries are current and accessible
Provide scheduling, correspondence and document support directly to the CPO, and help coordinate broader team priorities
What you will need:

Demonstrated experience in an HR administration or operational support role
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint
The ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately without letting things slip
A clear, professional communication style with people at all levels
Current right to work in Australia
Useful, but not essential:

Certificate IV in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob
Experience with ticketing or workflow management systems
Background in construction, infrastructure or a similarly complex operational environment
