The Opportunity
Based at our Truganina Corporate Office and reporting to the Executive General Manager – People & Culture, this 12-month fixed-term opportunity will see you provide project administration and support in this newly created role.
We’re looking for someone to take the reins in managing our pre-employment and periodic medial administration for our workforce. This is a hands-on role that will run for 12 months.
In this position you’ll be fully responsible for the manual data entry and administration of our medical compliance and records - a process that we’re currently working to automate with a third-party partner. While this role will involve repetitive tasks and detailed data management, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the broader project of streamlining and improving these processes and supporting the roll out to the business.
As the project progresses, you’ll shift into a supportive role for the automation initiative and any additional administrative tasks and loose ends that require attention post project implementation.

What You’ll Bring:
A qualification in Human Resources (or currently completing one), or up to two years’ experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Experience with Microsoft Office and exposure to HRIS platforms (desirable).
