Pizza Maker / Shift Runner – Petersham

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Pizza Maker / Shift Runner to join our team in Petersham. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering great food and excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service
Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items
Roll pizza dough
Cut and finish pizzas
Prepare and restock pizza toppings
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Keep workstations clean, organised, and well-stocked
Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
Assist with general kitchen duties
Follow company procedures and standards consistently

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience as a pizza maker
Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills
Basic cooking knowledge
Good understanding of food hygiene and sanitisation practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Looking for a long-term opportunity
Motivated to grow and develop within our team
