Pizza Maker / Shift Runner – Petersham

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items
- Roll pizza dough
- Cut and finish pizzas
- Prepare and restock pizza toppings
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Keep workstations clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
- Assist with general kitchen duties
- Follow company procedures and standards consistently
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a pizza maker
- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Basic cooking knowledge
- Good understanding of food hygiene and sanitisation practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
