About the role
Join our Waste and Resource Recovery team in this varied and rewarding role, providing administrative, customer service and business support to help deliver essential waste services to the community.
Working within a collaborative team, you will support customer enquiries, data and reporting, contract administration and continuous improvement initiatives that help ensure high-quality waste services for Manningham residents.
Skills and experience
- Qualifications in administration, customer service or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage data and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases and information management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
