Full Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced individual to provide support for our NDIS clients for 4-8 hours on per day/ weekends may be required also.

Key Responsibilities:

One-on-one support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Engage young children in meaningful activities (e.g. music, writing, social participation).
Assist with participants commutes/ schooling and monitor their progress.
Work in the families home
Engage in home routines
Previous experience with autism and behavioural behaviour

Requirements:

Prefer to have ABN
Previous experience in child disability support.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel only within participants 20km radius) .
Compliance: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Police Check, NDIS Worker Module.

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Morwell VIC 3840: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Direct support: 1 year (Required)

Licence/Certification:

Police Check (Required)
WWC (Required)
First Aid Certification (Required)

Work Location: In person
