Support workers for a specific client in Morwell.
Staff required need to be experienced in working with people with an ABI, Manual Handling, Medication Administration and Behaviour Support and has the ability to maintain Professional Boundaries.
Staff need to be able to work as a team and with attention to detail with strong communication and documentation skills and are flexible with availability, willing to engage with professional development around clients needs. .
Shifts are ranging over 24/7 program
Staff are required to have NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, Police Check, First Aid/CPR, Current Drivers license, Relevant Industry Certification, Completed both NDIS Induction and Orientation Modules. As well be available to complete Online Employment Induction with Indi & Co.
Client will meet staff through a meet and greet prior to shift starts.
Client requests Workers to be under 50yrs old, good sense of humour a must, non judgemental, flexible, love of music and true crime, be able to handle a occasional swear word, not talk too much or bring your problems to work, good communication skills and to be easily understood.
