TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Mount Annan NSW 2567

Service Specific: The service is located with in a hall setting so a pack up set up service there is a very involved RM who can support coaching and guidance. Consistent strong team of educators! Large service.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 6.30am-9am
After school care: 1.40pm-6.30pm
Admin: 1.33
Total hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
