As Centre Director, you will have full operational responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and success of our service. You will lead with clarity and purpose, ensuring high standards across compliance, quality, people leadership and family engagement.
You will mentor and develop your leadership team, build a positive and professional workplace culture, and ensure the service operates in line with the National Quality Framework while delivering a warm, welcoming and community-focused approach.
This role is suited to a confident, experienced leader who enjoys responsibility, accountability and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Significant experience as a Centre Director, ideally in a large service Proven ability to lead and manage a 76 place centre Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory compliance Exceptional people leadership skills — you lead with confidence, care and integrity Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families, staff and stakeholders A proactive, organised and solutions-focused leadership style Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) Current Working With Children Check Child Protection Training Emergency First Aid & CPR in ECEC
