Company Overview

Fexey provides commissioning, operations and maintenance services for utility scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar assets across Australia. Our services cover pre energisation, commissioning, handover, planned and corrective maintenance, fault investigation, technical reporting, and controls and communications support throughout the asset lifecycle.

About the Role

As Fexey continues to expand its BESS and solar asset services, we are seeking a Project Administrator to support the full project lifecycle. The role will monitor project schedules and critical dates, track deliverables and outstanding actions, and coordinate project information to help ensure each project stage progresses efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project schedules, registers, progress records and key project information for Fexey’s Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and solar asset projects throughout the project lifecycle;

Assist with preparing project plans, task lists, action registers and tracking documents for commissioning, handover, maintenance, fault response and other relevant project activities;

Manage project documentation, including work orders, site records, service records, maintenance records, progress reports, correspondence and other project materials;

Monitor project timelines, key dates, deliverables and outstanding actions, and follow up on delays or incomplete items to support the timely progression of each project stage;

Record changes to project timing, scope, site arrangements and service requirements, and ensure the relevant project records and documents remain accurate and current;

Coordinate and organise information from project delivery, commissioning, maintenance, fault response and other related activities to support project tracking, review and decision making;

Prepare project summaries, progress updates, meeting records and supporting documents for management review, client reporting and ongoing project planning.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or above, with qualifications in administration, management or a related field preferred.

At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in project coordination, project support or a similar role.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Careful, reliable and detail oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
