Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a Strategic Industry Partner for the development of the Australian Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise with goals to enhance self-reliance, supply chain resilience, and developing a guided weapons manufacturing capability in Australia. The Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) will oversee the execution of GWEO initiatives.

The Cost Schedule Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules and time-phased budgets within the MFC Earned Value Management System (EVMS). This includes ensuring that program plans are fully resourced and aligned to approved baselines.

The role also involves integrating program status information using inputs from Control Account Managers (CAMs) and direct data feeds from subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely performance reporting. In addition, the Senior CSA manages project baseline change requirements, ensuring all changes are appropriately assessed, controlled, and incorporated in line with governance processes.

A key aspect of the role is maintaining program governance and data integrity in accordance with Lockheed Martin Australia (LMA) policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring compliance with EVMS standards and supporting reliable program performance insight.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the development and maintenance of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and associated WBS Dictionaries, ensuring alignment to program scope and governance requirements.
Oversee the establishment and maintenance of approved Cost and Schedule Project Management Baselines (PMB), including integration of subcontracted work and approved baseline changes.
Lead the development and maintenance of control account structures and associated Responsibility Assignment Matrices (RAM).
Drive detailed planning activities, including rolling wave planning and the development of Control Account Plans (CAPs).
Coordinate monthly reporting activities, including collection of actuals, schedule status, Estimates to Complete (ETCs), and delivery of variance analysis in line with business rhythms.
Lead Comprehensive Estimate at Completion (CEAC) activities and provide subject matter expertise to Control Account Managers (CAMs) in preparing, consolidating, and validating program inputs.
Ensure effective application of Earned Value Management (EVM) standards, processes, and systems to support accurate, timely, and consistent performance measurement and reporting across the project lifecycle.

About you:

Strong experience and comprehensive understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, with proven application in an Australian Defence environment.
Cross-functional awareness across estimating and pricing, commercial, and finance (project accounting) disciplines.
Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple projects and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Willingness and ability to undertake interstate and overseas travel as required.
