Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a Strategic Industry Partner for the development of the Australian Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO) Enterprise with goals to enhance self-reliance, supply chain resilience, and developing a guided weapons manufacturing capability in Australia. The Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) will oversee the execution of GWEO initiatives.
The Cost Schedule Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules and time-phased budgets within the MFC Earned Value Management System (EVMS). This includes ensuring that program plans are fully resourced and aligned to approved baselines.
The role also involves integrating program status information using inputs from Control Account Managers (CAMs) and direct data feeds from subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely performance reporting. In addition, the Senior CSA manages project baseline change requirements, ensuring all changes are appropriately assessed, controlled, and incorporated in line with governance processes.
A key aspect of the role is maintaining program governance and data integrity in accordance with Lockheed Martin Australia (LMA) policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring compliance with EVMS standards and supporting reliable program performance insight.
