We are looking for a practical, data-driven Supply & Logistics Analyst to manage and optimise our end-to-end supply chain. In this position, you will lead the data analysis, system modelling and logistics tracking that drives our inventory control and distribution network. You will be responsible for maintaining our database integrity, handling demand forecasting, managing international procurement metrics and building tracking dashboards.
Based full-time at our Adelaide facilities, you will work directly with senior management and our store network to resolve logistic bottlenecks and keep daily business operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- System Data Governance & Integrity: Manage day-to-day data structure, validation, and tracking within the ERP system to maintain total database accuracy. Run regular sanity checks on daily sales metrics to establish clean, reliable information for management decision-making.
- Demand Forecasting & Inventory Health: Monitor stock levels across the business, evaluate historical sales trends and forecast future product demand and establish optimal stock thresholds.
- Global Supply Chain & Import Analysis: Manage data, lead times, and workflows regarding overseas product sourcing and international procurement. Track container timelines and optimise international logistics pipelines to minimise supply chain disruptions.
- Logistics Network & Route Optimisation: Analyse transport data to plan optimal freight routing, coordinate delivery schedules and improve overall shipping efficiency. Evaluate transport carrier performance to minimise delivery timelines and expenditures.
- Performance Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build and maintain performance reports and analytical dashboards. Work with complex logistics and sales data to pull out strategic insights, track core supply chain KPIs and find clear areas for cost savings.
- Operational Strategy & Store Support: Work directly with the Operations Manager to convert data insights into practical process improvements. Provide analytical and data-based solutions to support our downstream supply chain.
- Vendor Performance Management: Maintain consistent, structured communication with international suppliers and transport vendors to track contract compliance, monitor lead times and secure a steady supply line.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance or a highly related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a dedicated supply chain analytics, logistics engineering, or business intelligence role.
- Strong technical capability managing database integrity, data tracking and system data verification within enterprise systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with data analysis software and reporting tools to build visual performance metrics and dashboards.
- Practical knowledge of demand forecasting, predictive inventory control and global import logistics.
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys breaking down business data to build realistic business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to present analytical findings to management and collaborate effectively with external and internal stockholders.
