About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Edward Meller as a prominent team member in our specialised boutique in Melbourne VIC.

As a Casual Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our vibrant retail store.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment
Actively participate in product training to develop comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise and brand
Support stock management and replenishment tasks to ensure product availability
Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. Previous leadership experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build rapport
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
Enthusiasm for the retail industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
