You’re an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in remote, fast-paced environments. You’re commercially savvy, a natural problem-solver, and a true people person who can motivate a team and create incredible guest experiences.

Proven leadership experience in resorts, remote operations, or multi-outlet venues.

Strong commercial acumen – budgeting, P&L analysis, and financial planning.

A hands-on approach with a deep understanding of remote tourism challenges.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant hospitality qualifications, including RSA and Food Safety certifications.

This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time.
