You’ll be responsible for:

Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
-
Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
-
Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
-
Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth
-
Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement
Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:

Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience with a strong customer focus

Leadership experience preferred but not essential
-
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists may also be considered)

Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
-
Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management
-
Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers

An energetic, positive and motivated approach to leadership
