Full Job Description

The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for a Dessert Cook to join the team.

Up to 20 hours available per week.

What we are looking for

1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a full-service A La Carte restaurant
Previous experience in the dessert/pastry section
A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie Qualification is beneficial
Passion for quality food and premium hospitality
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
