We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. What you’ll do

Our Shift Supervisor AND Team Member take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.

⦁ Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations

⦁ Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture

⦁ Assisting in managing the team, including hiring, training, performance reviews and rostering

⦁ Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard

⦁ Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers

⦁ Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies

⦁ Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant

⦁ Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
