Administration Assistant – Casual – Minto NSW

Join our friendly team at a leading automotive wholesale business located in Minto, NSW, providing specialty tools and accessories to retailers across Australia.

Role Overview

This casual position supports the day-to-day operations at our busy head office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of admin duties including:

Managing incoming phone calls: Professionally answer customer and supplier inquiries.
Order & invoice processing: Enter sales orders, raise invoices, and support accounts processes.
Freight coordination: Book shipments, liaise with freight companies, and prepare parcels for dispatch.
Ad hoc office tasks: Assist with general clerical work, filing, data entry, and support for other teams.
Occasional errands: Make periodic trips to the local post office (car licence required).

Requirements

Prior experience with answering phones and basic office administration.
Some skills using Excel (able to enter and update spreadsheets).
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Demonstrated reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Valid car licence (essential).
