The Role
Kablamo is looking for a Junior Sales Representative who is genuinely committed to building a career in sales and passionate about their craft. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales journey who has already shown they can sell, through experience, results, or clear aptitude. Working closely with senior leaders and the Co-CEOs, you’ll invest real time and energy into prospecting, pitching, and closing, helping win new business and grow existing client relationships, while building the foundational skills for a long-term career in B2B technology sales.
- Draft compelling sales presentations and proposals in collaboration with the Co-CEO’s, Business and Partnership Manager, Principals and Technical Leads
- Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification through to proposal delivery
- Research prospective clients and industries to inform tailored sales materials
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client communications in the CRM
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure proposals accurately reflect Kablamo’s capabilities and offerings
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, case studies, and supporting collateral for client meetings
- Respond to client and prospect enquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of proposal drafting, research, and internal reporting
- Information Security Responsibilities
- Identify and manage security risks within the scope of the role, ensuring compliance with defined security controls, escalating emerging threats to the Risk Manager and Senior Leadership Team, and supporting the continuous improvement of security practices
- Has excellent written communication and is able to produce clear, persuasive, and error-free sales and proposal documents
- Has close attention to detail and consistently produces polished, professional materials with minimal oversight, catered to the client’s needs
- Has previous exposure to AI tools for sales purposes. Is comfortable using tools like Claude or Gemini to draft, refine, and speed up day-to-day work
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
- Confident and compelling presentation skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure
- Genuine interest in technology, AI and digital consulting
- Collaborative mindset and comfortable working across sales, delivery, and technical teams
- 1–2 years’ experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role (technology or professional services industry a plus)
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (not essential)
This role is Sydney-based, and there will be a requirement to be in the office for 4 days a week due to the nature of the position. The selection process will include the following steps:
1. Phone screen
2. First round interview
3. Practical task (in-office writing and presenting task)
4. Cultural interview
