Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and hard-working Barista / Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team, ensuring consistently exceptional coffee and customer service.

What you'll be doing

Provide excellent customer service and act as the face of the cafe
Prepare high-quality coffee beverages to the cafe's exacting standards
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Ensure an efficient and seamless workflow in the busy cafe
Open and/or close the store following set-up and/or pack down procedures
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Assist with general cafe duties as required

What we're looking for

1+ years of experience as a barista, with a proven track record of excellence
Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceptional service
Available to work weekends (daytime work only)
Someone seeking a long-term, secure position
