White Rabbit Brighton is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef or Sous Chef to join our growing team.

Located in the heart of Brighton, White Rabbit is a busy, well-established restaurant known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality food, woodfired pizzas, and Mediterranean-inspired menu. We are seeking a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service.

About the Role

Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail
Work across multiple sections including grill, pans, larder and pizza
Assist in managing daily kitchen operations
Support stock control, ordering and minimising waste
Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards
Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
Lead by example and work collaboratively with the kitchen team

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
Strong understanding of modern Australian, Mediterranean or Italian cuisine
Experience with woodfired pizza is highly regarded
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Full Australian working rights
