We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Assistant Club Manager to help our Anytime Fitness - Cheltenham. The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager to support daily club operations, lead the sales and fitness teams, and deliver an exceptional member experience. The role includes overseeing staff, supporting membership growth, and ensuring the club runs efficiently each day.

What you'll also do:

Support daily club operations and assist in leading the sales and fitness teams
Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and team accountability
Provide exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries or concerns
Ensure club policies and operational standards are upheld
Help drive membership sales and achieve club targets
Support local marketing efforts and maintain the club’s social media presence
Be available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards

About You

You’re passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example. You also bring:

Proven experience in similar roles
With leadership or management experience preferred
With strong fitness/gym experience
Passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
Preferably with proven experience in Sales and Customer service
Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities
Results-driven and proactive attitude
Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people
Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancement
