The Role

We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Services team based at our Mornington home Corowa Court. This home has 120 wonderful residents who value your contribution. There are shifts available across AM and PM.

Our Personal Care Workers:

Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices
Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift
Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home
Document information including all required charting and progress notes
Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. About you

Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker
Experience working in an aged care environment
A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain
