Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Regional Administration Lead to join our organization in Hindmarsh, Australia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee administrative operations across the region, leading a team of administrative professionals while ensuring seamless coordination, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, decisive leadership, and a commitment to supporting business objectives through efficient administrative management.

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize regional operations
Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation across administrative functions
Coordinate multi-site administrative activities and ensure consistency in processes and standards
Oversee scheduling, documentation, records management, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Serve as a liaison between regional operations and corporate headquarters, facilitating communication and information flow
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure quality and value
Handle escalated administrative issues and resolve conflicts with professionalism and sound judgment
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection standards, and workplace safety protocols

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in administrative management roles
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in an administrative capacity
Proven experience managing regional or multi-site administrative operations
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
Experience with budget management and financial oversight
Proficiency in project management and process optimization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience with human resources administration or onboarding processes
Preferred: Familiarity with regional business operations in Australia
