Sydney CBD | Full-Time | On-Site (5 Days)

THE ROLE
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support - keeping their day-to-day running smoothly, facilitating clear communication, and helping manage key tasks and projects across the business.

Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):

Managing complex calendars, scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements for both executives
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
Coordinating logistics for meetings, events and site visits, including technology, catering and agendas
Handling expense reports, budget tracking and invoice processing
Maintaining organised, confidential files and records while supporting the broader Finance team as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting members of an Executive team
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
