As part of our continued growth, we are developing and enhancing our CRM platforms, customer management systems, and trusted enterprise AI solutions for the asset finance industry. These systems support the full asset finance lifecycle, from quote calculations and product comparisons to application submission, credit decision-making, settlement, and ongoing post-settlement servicing.
We are seeking a full-time ICT Systems Test Engineer to support the testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of our business-critical systems.
About the Position
The ICT Systems Test Engineer will be responsible for planning, conducting and documenting testing activities across the company’s CRM, customer management systems, finance application workflows and AI-assisted asset finance platform.
The successful candidate will work with management, finance brokers, software developers, external IT vendors and system users to test system functionality, identify defects, verify software changes and support reliable platform releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts and testing checklists for CRM systems, customer databases, finance platforms and internal business applications.
- Conduct functional testing, system testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing across customer onboarding, finance applications, lender matching, document upload and internal workflow functions.
- Test AI-assisted finance assessment processes, system integrations, data accuracy and workflow reliability, including system access, user permissions, login functions and basic data protection controls.
- Identify, reproduce, document and report software defects, system errors, workflow failures, access issues and data inconsistencies, and verify bug fixes, software updates and configuration changes before release.
- Prepare defect reports, testing records, UAT notes, screenshots, troubleshooting records and technical documentation, while collecting user feedback on system functionality and usability.
- Liaise with management, staff, developers, external IT vendors and software providers to resolve technical issues, support system releases and recommend improvements to functionality, workflow efficiency, user experience and data accuracy.
Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking, Software Engineering or a related ICT discipline.
- At least one year of relevant practical experience in ICT systems support, software testing, systems testing, quality assurance or a related technical role.
- Experience conducting functional testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing, including preparing test cases, testing checklists and testing documentation.
- Experience testing CRM systems, customer databases, business applications or workflow platforms, with the ability to identify, document and report software defects, system issues and data inconsistencies.
- Sound knowledge of network protocols, system security, user access controls and cloud-based systems; familiarity with SQL, Python, AWS or network diagnostic tools will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with developers, external IT vendors and non-technical users.
