What you’ll do:

As a Seller Growth category Manager, you will take ownership of driving strategic growth and optimising the performance of a cohort of third-party sellers. This role involves analysing data, building impactful partnerships, and implementing trade and promotional initiatives to enhance seller experiences and deliver revenue goals aligned with Woolworths MarketPlus objectives.

Your work will directly contribute to both seller and customer success, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in influencing sellers to adopt new tools and strategies that align with our marketplace vision.

Seller Performance: Drive the performance of an assigned category & cohort of sellers to meet GMV and revenue targets, while improving Voice of Seller (VOS) scores.
Trade Planning & Promotions: Develop and execute impactful category trade plans and promotional strategies to optimise seasonal sales and marketing opportunities.
Growth Advocacy: Advocate and drive the adoption of new programs, tools, and marketplace opportunities to enhance seller success and deliver growth.
Operational Performance: Collaborate with sellers to ensure compliance with SLAs and provide actionable insights to improve operational standards.
Cross-Marketplace Expansion: Facilitate seller migration to additional WMP marketplaces to broaden product offerings and customer reach through data led insights.
Proactive Decision-Making: Take initiative to identify opportunities and challenges, make informed decisions independently, and drive solutions that contribute to the overall success of the Seller Growth team and its objectives

What you’ll bring:

4–6+ years of experience in seller management, trade planning, or e-commerce.
Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Looker and Excel.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in managing complex accounts and driving long-term strategic partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
