We are seeking an experienced Configuration Analyst to drive Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data quality, governance and remediation activities across a critical technology portfolio supporting Payment Settlements.
This is a hands-on role focused on improving the accuracy, completeness and ongoing maintenance of Configuration Items (CIs) within ServiceNow. You will work closely with technology teams, service owners, asset managers and our ITOM Specialist to identify data gaps, establish ownership, implement governance controls and ensure the CMDB remains a trusted source of truth.

What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and remediating CMDB data quality and completeness gaps.
Establishing CI ownership, governance and accountability across technology teams.
Defining CMDB health metrics and building reporting that helps teams manage their assets and services.
Implementing certification and attestation processes to support ongoing data governance.
Educating stakeholders on Configuration Management practices, RACI responsibilities and the importance of maintaining accurate CMDB data.
Partnering with our ITOM Specialist to investigate Discovery issues and improve data accuracy.
Reinforcing asset commissioning and decommissioning processes to improve CMDB and asset lifecycle management.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this critical role you will possess:
Experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management processes.
A strong understanding of ITIL and Configuration Management principles.
Experience in data quality improvement, governance and compliance activities.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Experience developing reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
A passion for improving processes, data quality and operational outcomes.
