About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value projects across our key commercial clients.
In this role, you will support end-to-end project delivery, managing complex projects across Commercial Building works, Base Building Refurbishments, and Corporate Occupier projects. You’ll play a critical role within our broader Property team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About you
- Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, or engineering (such as mechanical & electrical design or trade background).
- 6+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus in Property-related projects (Commercial Building, Base Building Refurbishment & Retail sectors in particular).
- Experience with BMCS Systems, ICN Systems and Access Control / Security Systems is desirable.
- Proven experience with client-side consultancy or similar roles.
- A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture.
- A desire to grow and nurture a project team in line with the values and culture of TSA Riley.
- A proven track record in the successful delivery of projects for institutional investor or portfolio corporate clients is highly desirable.
