Full Job Description

We’re looking for a capable and organised Office & Administration Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a varied role for someone who loves keeping things organised and is confident making decisions and managing their own day. You’ll play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting the wider team and making sure the day-to-day tasks are taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations
Order and maintain stationery, office supplies and equipment
Maintain asset registers and office inventories
Provide administrative support to our Operations, HR and Logistics Team
Setting up new employees with their iphones, laptops and login details
Prepare floor plan quotes for our Sales Team
Arranging the collection of furniture from sold properties and updating calendar & CRM system
Assist agents and vendors with general enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate team member
Updating the companies google calendar with information required for installs or furniture collection
Organise team events, celebrations, gifts etc
Managing the companies general email inbox
Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks across the business as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Must have minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Ability to use sound judgement, make day-to-day decisions and manage your own workload and priorities independently
Confident and experience with Google Workspace
Organised with good attention to detail
Able to juggle different tasks and priorities

Currently based in Chatswood however we will be relocating to our new premises in Banksmeadow in the coming weeks (parking available).
