About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will combine project coordination and business analysis to drive technology, compliance and infrastructure projects across Australian and international operations (including our Mongolian branch). You will liaise with internal technical teams, external clients and global stakeholders to ensure project milestones, documentation, training and process improvements are delivered on time and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and monitor ICT infrastructure & cloud-services projects (including the deployment of dedicated servers, virtual/cloud instances, storage and network services)
· Document business processes, system workflows, functional requirements and solution architectures in a cloud/IaaS environment
· Assist deployment of solutions: prepare test plans, user acceptance criteria, training material, user documentation
· Communicate with technical teams (cloud, network, server, storage), sales/channel teams, clients and our Mongolian branch
· Track project metrics, risks and blockers, providing regular status updates to management
· Support onboarding of new enterprise customers, including infrastructure setup, system configuration, and training
· Contribute to compliance and high-availability initiatives, ensuring documentation aligns with our SLA guarantees and data-sovereignty commitments
Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Proven experience in project coordination and/or business analysis within an ICT infrastructure / cloud services environment
· Strong documentation skills, able to translate technical requirements into clear business language
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with global stakeholders
· Experience with compliance, high-availability or mission-critical systems is highly desirable
· Familiarity with cloud/IaaS fundamentals (dedicated servers, virtual servers, storage, networks) is a strong plus
· Proficiency in Mongolian language will be highly regarded, as you will engage with our Mongolian branch and relevant regional projects
