Project Director — Major Capital Health Project – Metro SEQ
- Landmark, multi-billion-dollar tertiary healthcare campus
- Gold Coast or Brisbane-based with regular site presence
- Complex staged delivery across inpatient, ambulatory, and specialist clinical services
- High-profile stakeholder environment spanning government, health services, clinicians, and delivery partners

About You
You are a high-performing
client-side / consultancy Project Director with a strong track record in health or social infrastructure. You bring:
- Proven experience delivering major capital projects and/or complex programs
- Ability to navigate highly complex stakeholder environments , including government and clinical users
- Strong capability in governance, commercial management, and procurement
- Confidence leading through complexity, ambiguity, and change
- A collaborative, influential leadership style with executive presence
