About the Company

TAG have exciting opportunities for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join an operation in Adelaide, SA. This role offers consistent, ongoing work with full-time hours.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Location: Regency Park, SA
Typical Roster: Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm

We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in Regency Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.

About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. From managing administrative tasks to coordinating driver movements and assisting the wider team, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and office support.
Coordinate and complete a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Transport drivers between the depot and service providers using a company vehicle.
Manage emails, documents and records.
Support the wider team with operational and administrative requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous administration or office experience (preferred).
A current and valid driver's licence.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Confident written and verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
The ability to learn new systems quickly.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
A professional, reliable and trustworthy approach.
A friendly, approachable attitude with a strong customer service focus.
The ability to remain organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
