About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist at Evo Health, you will:

Provide assessment and intervention services across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors
Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication, speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing
Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy programs aligned with each client's needs, goals, and priorities
Deliver therapy across a range of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, preschools, aged care facilities, and the wider community
Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, educators, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
Provide education, strategies, and practical support to families and support networks
Manage your own caseload while maintaining high clinical and professional standards
Complete accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation and reports
Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and case discussions
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and the continued growth of Evo Health's Speech Pathology services

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
Meets the relevant professional registration or membership requirements
Has strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
Is passionate about delivering person-centred, evidence-based care
Can work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Is organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards
Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
Is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding allied health organisation
