About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist at Evo Health, you will:
- Provide assessment and intervention services across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of communication, speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy programs aligned with each client's needs, goals, and priorities
- Deliver therapy across a range of settings, including clinics, homes, schools, preschools, aged care facilities, and the wider community
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, educators, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide education, strategies, and practical support to families and support networks
- Manage your own caseload while maintaining high clinical and professional standards
- Complete accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration and case discussions
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and the continued growth of Evo Health's Speech Pathology services
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- Meets the relevant professional registration or membership requirements
- Has strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
- Is passionate about delivering person-centred, evidence-based care
- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Is organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high clinical standards
- Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
