An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join our Melbourne team.

In this pivotal role, you will provide high-quality end-user support across a fast-paced professional services environment, acting as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues while delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support of VIP’s in the Melbourne office.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures are maintained across systems
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring efficient operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices
Provide fast and efficient response times to desktop service requests
Provide advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents
Conduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software
Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with IT service level requirements
Monitor and resolve technical issues, including operating system errors, application crashes, and network connectivity problems, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity
Manage AV requests for events, virtual meetings, client meetings, seminars, education sessions, interviews, and ad-hoc requests
Responsible for operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment
Liaise with staff to ensure AV requests are prepared and tested in preparation for all meetings and events
Participation in Technology Projects

Required Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail producing accurate work in a timely manner
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Experience with Zoom and MS Teams Rooms
3+ years Desktop Support experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment
Vendor certification in one or more relevant technologies
ITIL Foundation certificate.
