An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join our Melbourne team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support of VIP’s in the Melbourne office.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures are maintained across systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, ensuring efficient operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Provide fast and efficient response times to desktop service requests
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues regarding incidents
- Conduct installation, configuration of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with IT service level requirements
- Monitor and resolve technical issues, including operating system errors, application crashes, and network connectivity problems, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity
- Manage AV requests for events, virtual meetings, client meetings, seminars, education sessions, interviews, and ad-hoc requests
- Responsible for operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment
- Liaise with staff to ensure AV requests are prepared and tested in preparation for all meetings and events
- Participation in Technology Projects
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail producing accurate work in a timely manner
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with Zoom and MS Teams Rooms
- 3+ years Desktop Support experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment
- Vendor certification in one or more relevant technologies
- ITIL Foundation certificate.
