Hatted restaurant Attenzione! Food & Wine in Redfern is on the hunt for section waiters & bartenders looking for a rewarding new challenge, but also, the opportunity to work in a quality driven owner operated, employee focussed business.

Attenzione! Food & Wine are looking for passionate and professional floor and bar staff with previous experience in similar working environments, however for those with lesser experience feel free to apply as there may be more positions going for our growing business.

We offer excellent pay & tip share along with a positive fun working environment.

Located a moments walk from the illustrious Redfern train station , Attenzione! Food & Wine is a euro bistro inspired restaurant and bar, with a strong focus on representing the worlds best wine regions and producers all the while being paired with delicious dishes to make the experience peak!

You might be a good fit if you:

Genuinely love food and wine — not just serving it, but talking about it, learning it, sharing it with guests who care as much as you do
Work well in a team and actually enjoy it — busy service is easier (and more fun) with people who've got your back
Welcome a bit of push. We hold a high standard, and we're looking for someone who wants to be pushed toward it, not away from it
Take pride in hospitality as a craft — the small things (timing, tone, reading a table) matter to you
Know how to have fun on the floor, because a good night out should feel like one — for guests and for us

What you'll be doing:

Delivering considered, professional service across a busy casual fine dining floor
Guiding guests through our food and wine list with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm
Working closely with the kitchen and wine team to keep service seamless
Bringing energy and warmth to every table, every shift

No experience in a room quite like this? That's okay — passion and attitude go a long way here. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but the right person matters more than a perfect CV.
