Attenzione! Food & Wine are looking for passionate and professional floor and bar staff with previous experience in similar working environments, however for those with lesser experience feel free to apply as there may be more positions going for our growing business.

Located a moments walk from the illustrious Redfern train station , Attenzione! Food & Wine is a euro bistro inspired restaurant and bar, with a strong focus on representing the worlds best wine regions and producers all the while being paired with delicious dishes to make the experience peak!

What you'll be doing:
- Delivering considered, professional service across a busy casual fine dining floor
- Guiding guests through our food and wine list with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm
- Working closely with the kitchen and wine team to keep service seamless
- Bringing energy and warmth to every table, every shift
No experience in a room quite like this? That's okay — passion and attitude go a long way here. Experience in hospitality is a plus, but the right person matters more than a perfect CV.
