Marketing Coordinator

Location: Brisbane’s western suburbs
Employment: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

WestsideHQ is a growing suburban services club built around the people, businesses and communities that make Brisbane’s west such a great place to live.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to help bring the WestsideHQ brand to life and grow our presence across the western suburbs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves marketing, content, community and getting things done. You’ll work across digital marketing, social media, campaigns, events, partnerships and member communications — with plenty of opportunity to put your own ideas into action.

What you’ll be doing

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Manage WestsideHQ’s social media presence and content calendar
Create engaging content including posts, EDMs, website content and promotional materials
Coordinate local promotions, events and community activations
Support member acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns
Work with local businesses, suppliers and community partners
Track campaign performance and turn insights into better marketing
Maintain brand consistency across all communications
Help grow awareness of WestsideHQ throughout Brisbane’s western suburbs

About you

You’re someone who can think creatively but also execute.

You might be a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, Communications Coordinator or an ambitious marketer ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally bring:

2+ years’ experience in marketing, communications or a related role
Strong social media and content creation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great organisation and attention to detail
Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
A practical, hands-on approach — you’re happy to roll up your sleeves
An understanding of digital marketing, EDMs and basic campaign reporting
A genuine interest in local communities and connecting people with great services

Experience with Meta, Google, Canva, Adobe, email marketing platforms or CRM systems will be highly regarded.
