Liverpool Hospital's Cardiology & Cardiothoracic Unit is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our highly specialised team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will partner with nurses, medical officers, allied health professionals, and support staff to provide outstanding care to patients with complex cardiac and cardiothoracic conditions.

We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will bring strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centred approach to supporting individuals throughout their cardiac and cardiothoracic care journey.

Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-focused approach, with strong attention to detail, particularly in telemetry monitoring and the care of pre and post cardiothoracic surgical patients.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and members of the multidisciplinary team, using excellent active listening skills to support patient care goals.
Display flexibility, empathy, and professionalism when caring for patients who may experience cognitive impairment, communication difficulties, or behavioural challenges.
Bring a collaborative approach to practice, contributing positively to team culture and supporting shared patient care outcomes.
Be flexible to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
