An exciting opportunity is available for a Client Experience Advisor to join our innovative, not-for-profit aged care organisation that spans trusted residential care, flexible home care, luxury retirement living and an active communal base.
In this six-month contract role, you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of Montefiore's Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) program across our residential care campuses. Working closely with residents, families and a broad range of internal stakeholders, you will help deliver a seamless client experience while ensuring compliance, operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

The Role
Reporting to the Admissions Manager, you will act as the central coordinator and primary point of contact for the HELF program, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and communications throughout the client journey.
About you

Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, programs or business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to communicate confidently and empathetically with clients, families and colleagues

Experience in sales coordination, client administration, customer account management or similar customer-focused roles

Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and stakeholder engagement experience

High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and documentation accuracy

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or a similarly regulated environment will be highly regarded
