We are seeking two ICT Infrastructure Engineers to help design, support and optimise the critical technology platforms that keep Goodstart connected, secure and ready for the future.
Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure Manager, you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering secure, reliable and scalable technology services that support Goodstart's centres and support offices across Australia. Your Impact:
Build, maintain and optimise Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and related infrastructure services
Implement infrastructure solutions aligned with Goodstart’s architecture, security, governance and technology standards
Support hybrid connectivity across on-premises environments, Azure and Meraki SD-WAN
Deploy and maintain infrastructure-as-Code and drive automation through Azure DevOps
Investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents, performance issues and service requests
Support infrastructure patching, backups, monitoring, disaster recovery activities, while maintaining accurate technical documentation and CMDB records
Apply security controls, support least-privilege and conditional access, and assist with vulnerability remediation and DR testing
Automate repetitive operational and deployment activities to improve efficiency and service reliability
Work with vendors and managed service partners to support agreed service levels and deliverables
Contribute to Goodstart’s infrastructure roadmap, continuous improvement initiatives and technology uplift activities

You’ll bring to the table:
5+ years’ experience administering and supporting infrastructure services across Azure, Microsoft 365, networking or hybrid enterprise environments
Strong scripting, automation and operational troubleshooting skills
Experience delivering secure, reliable and well-documented infrastructure solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Exposure to technologies such as Intune, Defender, Meraki, Azure DevOps, LogicMonitor or ServiceNow will be highly regarded
Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management, monitoring, backup, patching and disaster recovery practices
Current Blue Card
Willing to obtain a Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
