We work closely with our partners to support the effective operation of Parliament, enabling parliamentary sittings, committee hearings, public access, broadcasting, and internal media and audiovisual services.
The Senior Project Manager - Media Broadcast will lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year broadcast and audio-visual infrastructure transformation for DPS. You will join our ICT Architecture and Strategy team and work collaboratively with the Broadcast team to deliver fit for purpose infrastructure to ensure the ongoing broadcast of parliamentary proceedings audio-visual services, web streaming, and IPTV.
In this role, your key focus areas will include:

Leading the planning, governance, execution, and end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-year broadcast and audio-visual infrastructure upgrade.

Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality delivery.

Collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and senior parliamentary stakeholders to align project outcomes with the DPS ICT Roadmap.

Mitigating risks and managing complex dependencies unique to a high-availability broadcast environment.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure transformation projects, ideally within a media, broadcast, or high-availability AV environment.

Strong project management credentials with a track record of managing multi-year budgets and vendor relationships.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.

A proactive, solution-oriented approach to risk management and project delivery.
